On this episode, my guest is Ben Adena. Ben is a corrective exercise specialist who has two years experience in a rehab setting and has taken his corrective exercise specialization and applies those philosophies to his training and clients. He talks about his personal injuries and his eye opening experience on how corrective exercises can improve rehabilitation to injuries and lifestyle. Then we talk about some of the common discomfort/pain people experience inside and outside the gym and some exercises that you can do to decrease your discomfort/pain. Sciatica, knee discomfort when squatting, lower back pain when deadlifting, and stiff neck pain in the morning are some of the topics we get into.
